A4: Make sure there is no gap between the pillow and your shoulders no matter what sleep style you use. Q5: How can I obtain the best possible sleeping experience with my ZAMAT Pillow?

A5: This depends on your sleep style.

●For side sleepers: Simply use the side of the pillow. You can rest your entire shoulder close to the pillow and you’ll feel great.

●For back sleepers: Use the lower side of the pillow, including the contour. Either full or partial shoulder rest on the pillow will result in great sleep.

●For stomach sleepers: Use the high side while resting both of your shoulders on the pillow. This will ensure that your neck does not feel stiff in the morning. Great sleep is that easy!
